Michael Misheck

Michael graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and subsequently earned his CPA certification. He launched his career at RSM, where he specialized in state and local tax. Seeking to broaden his expertise, Michael then joined Mowery & Schoenfeld, focusing on federal tax issues while working with a diverse array of clients, particularly high net worth individuals and small business owners. This career trajectory has equipped Michael with a well-rounded knowledge of various tax areas, allowing him to effectively assist clients in reaching their financial objectives. With over seven years of public accounting experience, he is a proud member of both the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.

In his free time, you can find Michael participating in the local basketball or pickleball league, grinding over a game of chess, or enjoying the outdoors whether it be biking around the neighborhood or playing a round of golf. As a Chicago native, Michael is a diehard Chicago sports fan.
