Tim Marvin

Qualifications

Tim received his undergraduate and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business Administration. Tim’s certified public accounting practice has leveraged his wealth management and banking experience, by focusing on accounting, tax and audit services for high net worth individuals and privately held businesses.

Tim has worked for several wealth management CPA firms, while focusing on being a trusted advisor for financial planning and small business consulting. Tim has worked on S corp acquisitions by private equity, trusts and estates, international holdings and transactions, Section 1202 small business stock sales, opportunity zone investments, 1031 exchanges, and executive stock option strategies.

Tim is the son of Naval Academy submarine commander, so he has lived up and down the East Coast. He and his family relocated to North Carolina in 2022. Tim is a passionate lacrosse fan, and Scout leader. He remains a committed Michigan Wolverines sports fan, and continues to enjoy genealogy and travel.
